Add yourself, list the instruments you play and how often you'd like to serve, and mark the dates you're away. The planner does the rest.
Select your name first, then tap any date you cannot serve. Sundays and key service days (Easter and Christmas) show green; tap one to turn it red.
Add yourself to the team. Create a line for each instrument or role you'd like to play, and set the most times you'd like to be rostered on each one. Add any notes about your rostering at the bottom of your card.
Set the roster dates, then generate. The planner fills each slot only with someone within their preferred limit, and leaves a slot blank rather than pushing anyone over. Blank required slots show as gaps, and each dropdown marks who else is available (Av) or would be over their limit (over pref), so you can ask them first.
The positions needed each service, and the instrument names. Everyone can view this page; only an admin can change it.
